Before becoming a full-time agent, Tracey was responsible for marketing and operations for RC Energy Solutions, a full-service energy efficient home improvement company and served as the director of Marketing for Del Mar Heritage, LLC, a leading residential and commercial developer. While she was extremely successful in branding and launching new communities, she soon realized that she preferred being out in the field with people rather than behind a desk.
Today, while she thoroughly enjoys working with sellers and using her marketing and negotiation skills to successfully bring a home to market and sell quickly, she also gets special satisfaction from working with first-time buyers and others who have faced various challenges in becoming homeowners.
When not assisting clients, Tracey enjoys camping, cooking, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband Justin, Daughter Emma, and Sparkles & Noodles, her fur kids. While artist was never a description she would use for herself, she has found a passion for giving back to the community by teaching a monthly art program called "Meet the Masters" at her daughter's elementary school.
